i have heard alot of good news about pioneer a07

ive been thinking about getting the pioneer a07 with a usb enclosure kit

what do u guys think?

The A07 is a top-notch burner and should serve you well. When going the USB route, make sure you have USB2 or the burner won't work.

For the money you can't beat the Toshiba SD R5112

Burns @ 4x but for $65 bucks this is a steal... I have one and have never had a single coaster with it.

Not fancy looking and it is only -R but if the only thing you want to burn are back-ups of your DVDs then I'd highly recommend it.

The best bet going right now is the new latest generation NEC A2500, an 8X dual format burner.

At $97 delivered it is a steal.
