500 internal server error plz help

hi guys im only new to the site but i was recommended here by my dad.

the problem that im having is that every time i open either mozzila or internet explorer i get "500 internal server error" on the page. ive tried refreshing or going to a different site but i get the same message all the time. ever since it has started happening firefox wont open unless i end the process in task manager and try and re open it. ive notcied that there is a link that flash for a mirco sencond when i try and use internet explorer. down the bottom of the window where it normally says done the link c/windows/system32/shdcloc.dll/http_500.html pops up very quickly and says done.

thats all the help i can give to you so that you could possibly help me. any suggestions will be great and if needed i can provide further information that you need to help if you tell me what to do.
