Edit: the page does. I've tried using the orig. patcher, but I don't believe the patcher showed any option for patching the offsets.

J/k, but plz...
One more thing to add, I patched it to NTSC with the PAL2NTSC patch (tried both beta and final?), but both refused to show anything after the Konami logo. Again, I have no idea what the modchip is.
