Help with R4Ultra for rom #3502

Just bought a R4Ultra running on firmware 1.53, however it fails to load rom #3502 (My Sims Party (E)) properly. Mainly the screen blacks out while the music is still playing.

I wonder if anyone having an updated R4Ultra is having the same problem has me as I want to confirm if it is the firmware or the card having problem. The rom is definitely working fine as if loads up perfectly fast and normal on my supercard DSone.

Much help needed. :D

PS: As the card is still under warranty, I wanna make sure it is not the hardware at fault but the firmware.
