MKV2VOB - Best Output

Just in hindsight compared the picture on my iMac of the original .mkv file and the converted .vob file and it does not look as good. Does anyone know of the preferred settings to coverting h.264 files to look their best on the PS3?

My settings are currently:

FAT32 File Splitting (obvious)
Always Video Transcode
Output File Ext. VOB
Output type File
Preferred Subs None
Transcoding x264 High
Always Transcode DTS

Any ideas?
