Trouble connecting KRZR to computer.

ok, I need help getting the right drivers/software to connect my KRZR k1m to my computer. i already have the driver to connect so i can take videos and pictures on and off. but when i want to get some games on it i try using MIDway to transfer the .jad file to my phone it tells me phone is not connected.

any help here would be appreciated, thanks
