Connect a laptop wireless to a second router

I have net from my bt router then I have another router to split the connection to my laptops. I would like to connect another laptop which is 30 meters away from the second router but wireless, how can I do that?

There is no way the laptop can connect to the first router wireless as the signal is not strong enough. It must be from the second.. any ideas?
