Unsure where to post this as it contains multiple questions, but here it goes.

First of all I am using Nero 9, AnyDVD, Handbrake and DVD Shrink.

1. What is the best way to rip a DVD to be burned back on to a Video CD?(NOT DATA CD)

2. I have multiple 700mb Videos in AVI format. What is the best way to burn these to a Video CD (NOT DATA CD)? In order to burn AVI's to a Video CD, Nero must convert them which results in a 900mb file which will not fit on the CD. I'd prefer to use only the programs I've already listed above (If possible)

You'll have to put it on 2 or more CDs.
