Xbox X-Clamp Mod

I got an elite xbox from my friend with the 3 red lights, I then went to do the whole x-clamp mod that I have seen on youtube. I was able to fix my original xbox like this. Im pretty sure I did it right, but when I start it up the xbox the center green light starts to flash only (none of the others lights turn on)and the fan starts full speed and later two red lights start to flash. Im hoping that someone has had this problem and could help me out?

Please look/post in the xbox 360 forum.

Plus you should reconsider the (ab)use of all bold text, it's the same as shouting ie CAPS LOCK abuse..
