i using xbox 360 with iXtreme v1.51

i wont to know if i playing with cds thet i bern iand i get ban
thre is away to repair this and to return the situation to befor ?
its very importend

one More question I wanted to know if ther is way to play with bern games and not geting ban ?
or i hafe to play with Originals games ?
