Problems with Roxio Media Creator 9 DE

I have been backing up my movies for a while now using anydvd and Dvdshrink to back up the movies onto my hard disk and then using Roxio easy media creator 7 to simply click the file location of my DVD and then select burn to back up an exact replica of my movie..(menu, extras and all). Well recently I had to reformat my hard disk and I updated to the Roxio Media Center 9 DE and now when I go to back up a movie the only option I see is to create my own movie by making my own background, menu titles and all. Is there a way that I can simply click the folder for the movies original autoformat like I did before? I really do not wish to have to create my own menu titles and background images if I can just select the folder that my movie is in and have Roxio autoformat it to the way it is on the original copy such as I did before. If anyone can help or give any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
