Uninstalling IE 8 fix

When you get an error while trying to uninstall IE8 that asks you for the location of "ieencode.dll.000" and you can't find it,try this.Do a file search for "ieencode.dll".It should find it somewhere.Right click in the results window and click "Open Containing Folder".Right click the file and select "copy".Paste this file in the "C:\WINDOWS\ie8" folder.Then while in that folder,copy it a second time.It should show up again as "Copy of ieencode.dll".Then right click the copy and select "Rename".Rename it to "ieencode.dll.000".Then try to uninstall IE8 again.It should remove it now.This worked for me.
