Is DVD Author 4 output supposed to take this long?

So far,the outputting process has taken a little over 5 hours and now shows that it will take another 2 hours to finish.
The project has a running time of 90 minutes.WTF??Why is it taking so long?

what kind of cpu do you have? Are you outputting to HD video?

For best performance (faster speed) you need a Quad processor, and HD video will even bring a quad to it's knees.
