hey

i have a k800i which keeps turning its self off. i took it sledging with me to take photos about 5 month ago and i think it may have got wet. it started to turn its self off but over the nxt few weeks did it less and then totally stopped. until last week. it now keeps turning its self off randomly

any help

I think the problem is caused by the handset which got wet. For the beginning please check the battery holder to make sure the mobile is getting power supply..
You can also try updating the software as virus can cause the mobile to shut down

i had the same issue... check on the battery, if it is swollen or there is a sticker on it that is red this means that the battery has been short circuited and you need to buy a new one.
