DS Cyclo Evolution and GBA lite card

I have a Cyclo Evolution and I was wondering what GBA flash card I could get to play backups of GBA, GBC and GB. I have read up on it but still dont understand it all. I know I want it to set flush in my ds lite, so I need to go with the "lite" flash cards from what i gathered. I have been looking at the G6 Lite but i dont like that it only come with prebuilt 512mb memory. The supercard lite which I see no cons to it yet. Also the M3 Lite which I also dont see any cons, but what is the different versions of the m3 lite, such as Pro and Perfect. The reason I mentioned I have the cyclo evolution is that I notice some cards talk about needing to have a slot 1 passme card. Could someone please explain what a passme card is for and will the cyclo work as one? All help is appreciated.
