I've recorded an interview and now have 5mb of wma file. I used a cowan on voice setting. I want to email the recording to the person I interviewed. 5mb is a bit large for a simple email what is the best way to send her the file?

The quickest way probably will be to upload it to a site like MediaFire.com and send your friend the download link in an email. If you want you can zip or rar the file first and password protect it.

5mb is not that bad. most service providers allow email attachments up to 10mb

For the best quality mp3s use EAC (exact audio copy) to rip your audio CDs and LAME to encode them. Follow this guide:
