Can any 1 tell me how I can check if my Pandora is a fake i put my magic Memory stick and Pandora and nothing happens no lights nothing.

When the Pandora battery is it on its own it still does nothing.

Need to know as cant get it to work, can any 1 please help me have used the easy installer and can see them on the Memory card but every time hit x get file corrupted.

PSP Fat 1003
Mem Card 1 Gig Scan Disc Duo
Firmware ofw sony 5.02

Any 1 who can help me or guide me would be nice thank you.

Hi im only new to this aswell but i have now downgraded 7 psps
i dont think you have a fake pandora battery,
when i started it was the same and i was sure my pandora was fake
but after serching this site i found out it was the magic memory stick alot of the programs that you put on your card will not work if you use a windows vista computer, this is what i was doing so i borrowed my sisters windows xp laptop and downloaded the program newbie which you can get from this site and now everything works fine. maybe you should try use xp to make your memory stick,

Thank for your kind reply but I do have xp, as mentioned in other posts when you insert the battery it should at least go green and even charge my battery did neither, however again ty for the post.
