can any one help me, i have a supposidly unlimited unmetered business broadband from xlntelecom but it is supplied by griffen net, griffen net has a fup which slows down usenet access during the day to 12kbps ( between 8.30am to 7.30pm)my poor country side broadband is only 1680kbps at full speed but i use it mainly for transferring files to my mates, while at work.

i read that you can use port tunneling to fool the isp into thinking that the traffic is web based rather than newsgroups..

can anyone guide me as to how to set up port tunneling on port 119 with newsbin pro
