hi
I have a 628 mb vid file mp3, when nero vision transcodes it, it is to big to fit on a dvd 4.7gb
what am i doing wrong, if anybody knows of other ideas please help, and tutorials wud be a great help.

An mp3 file is not a video file - please check again. Are you saying that Nero has already transcoded it? If so into what format?

sorry the audio is mp3 in the summary info, the
video compression is divx codec it is a 628 mb video clip when i try to burn using Nero 6.3 it decides its got to recode and then ends up being to big to fit on a 4.7gb dvd any help

Try saving NVE's output to your HD then open it in Nero Recode to size it down.
