Disney DVD to MPG?

I've been using a program called VOB2MPG to copy all of my DVDs over to mpg without a loss in quality. However, when I try to do this with Disney movies, and only Disney movies, the audio stutters badly at a certain point (different for each). Are there any other programs that can convert VOB or ISO straight over to MPG without compressing it? I mean, the program I'm using now outputs the MPG directly at nearly the same size as the disc itself and takes 15-20 minutes max.
