What's the best DVD to use for Swap Magic?

I'm kind of a noob when it comes to DVDs, so I was just wondering if there's a particular DVD that's recommended for Swap Magic or if there's even some that won't work at all with it. Also, is DVD-R or DVD+R better for Swap Magic?

It's recommended to use Verbatim DVD-Rs, always choose Verbatim, always, no matter if there is an alternative brand at a lower price.

So the Verbatim DVD-R over the DVD+R? The DVD+R does have much better reviews, though.

It all depends on what your PS2 will accept, and how well it plays either format, but often times, a PS2 will prefer to run DVD-Rs over DVD+Rs.
