I recorded a video to the SDHC card and copied it to the computer. Panasonic advised that I cannot save this copy as a MPEG2 file since it had to be downloaded with the HD Writer software.

I have tried to use the software to do this but unsuccessfully. Other recordings that I downloaded with the HD Writer worked fine.

Is there anyway that I can convert the recording which I used a card reader to copy the files rather than HD Writer?
