So I have some dvds,ISO's, and some video ts files that all have videos that I want to edit. Are there any programs that will let me do that?

Okay, first you'll have to convert those Iso's to VIDEO_TS, the free function of Isobuster will do that- file>open file, right click on the VIDEO_TS to the right and extract as you wish. PowerIso will do this too but isn't free. VobBlanker will let you remove part's you don't want, here is one guide and Google will find lot's of other's: http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/586101 probably DVDShrink to a lesser degree, subtitle's, audio track's.
