I'm in college and am trying to download some legal torrents, however, torrents are blocked here at school.

I was told to use Tor to announce my trackers, however, I don't really know how to do that. My friend sais I just "put it in as a socks proxy and use on encrypted peers." Not exactly sure how to do that, I know what the socks proxy is but im not sure what to change it to for Tor. I am using Vuze (azureus) for my bit torrent program. Any help?
