why does burnt game work fine but its music and opening movie stutters and skips,burnt at 4x plz hlp

I burnt a game and it works just fine but the pening movie and the songs(during gameplay) skip and stutter.
The game is wipeout fusion, I burnt it at 4X(my drives minimum write speed), and i have never had this problem with other games before.
Why is this happening? should i burn it at a higher speed or is it just a ps2 problem?
please help
