Hello,
I will admit I am not the best at reading the hijack logs but may I suggest updating malwarebytes its a good program and get the latest avg 8.5 update and scan again the go to this site http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm for a free online scan after you have done this update all your software and plug-ins to patch any known issues Firefox , Adobe, Java, Quicktime have all had recent patches out for various potential infections. If your still having problems you may want to note the specific infections and google them. Another thing to consider is scanning in safe mode you can enter safe mode by rebooting pressing f8 before the windows boot screen shows up but after you mobo screen passes. If it respawns again it could be doing it from your system restore files and you may need to disable system restore do another scan and reboot yet again if it doesn't come back then you can enable system restore here is a link to some freeware software that may be of use to you http://majorgeeks.com/page.php?id=20
