Help : Windows Installer Error Message!!!

I really need your help. These days I`m facing this error message:

"Error opening installation log file. Verify that the specified log file location is exists and is writable"

But before i had never faced it, I tried and tried to fix it with many ways but no hope.

Can you please help me ?
