just as the title says my gateway model# MX6436 when it first starts up just shows white screen the entire time. everything runs in the background i'd imagine but just shows a white screen and i can't see a dang thing. i've looked pretty much everywhere on the net that i could think of for help with this problem. i need this thing fixed asap it's my work notebook and would at least like to get all my info off of it any website any little bit of help would be great thanks

have you tried using an external monitor to see if posting or not?

then get the info off that you want saved. have you checked with gateway site for info on your problem?

try emailing again as might have got lost in cyber space. check actual site as should have forums that might have answer for your problem.

Try contacting the by phone, ask for a tier 2 representative (tier 1 know less than windows help)
