Is 3C5.tmp.exe something I need to worry about?

All of a sudden last night, as I opened IE to listen to streaming radio through it (I rarely use IE,as I am a firefox fan,) I started getting a lot of pop-ups. THIS HAS NEVER EVER HAPPENED TO ME in all the years of using a computer.

Alarmed, I started to check my TASK MANAGER to see if anything was there that should not be... 3C5.tmp.exe and 3C6.tmp.exe were running so I stopped them and then ran my spyware.

Should I do anything else? I am a bit nervous about this and I do not know much about trojans or that stuff.

Can anyone give me a clue PLEASE?

Well I googled it found mixed results but I would just update my antivirus and antispyware run a full scan of each and make sure to delete your temp files.
