Nokia 6233 Annoying Beep Noise

Hey.
I have a phone, the Nokia 6233 and whenever I try charging it a beep sound keeps on occuring. I have the profile set to silent and I have checked every possible setting in the phone whether to see if its got to do with the phone's settings.
This happens when I am charging the phone switched off, not switched on.
Has anyone got any solutions ?
Has anyone had this problem but manage to fix it ?
