Ripped 'Night at the Museum' from a DVD. It played in English fine on my computer - but when I copied it to a blank DVD it played back in Spanish!!
Now I've never come across this before. Somehow, I don't know how, there must be more than one language going on in the soundtrack simultaneously, because the version on my computer is still playing in English. How do I dump the Spanish, along with any other languages that might be going on, and just keep the English version, so I KNOW when I burn another copy it will come out in English!?!

I used DVD Shrink to rip it and IMGBURN to burn it - I trust IMGBURN (NOT IMGTOOLburn!) as a burner, the others are great if you want coasters. I tested a bit of it in VLC before I burned it and it was definitely in English at that point. How it changed languages between ripping and burning I've no idea - that's hopefully where you guys come in.
Incidentally - Creaky, you say you teleported the thread to the correct forum? It's about getting the right language from an audio soundtrack. How come the audio forum WASN'T the relevant forum?
your thread was "teleported" probably because it doesn't have much to do with audio editing, more to do with DVD editing. Did you try to just switch to the English track using the controls on your remote?
