Is your pc a laptop or Desktop, I do not reccomend connection the vga to the s-video others on this forum have had issues with this setup and I have never used it. If you have a Desktop a simple Video Card added to the AGP or PCI-e Slot can take care of your problem its very easy to install and you can get an inexpensive one. Here is a link on how to install a video card http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ILrq7lMe-0

I need to correct something the link you provided is a great video card however it is not compatible with your current system. Check out this link http://www.newegg.com/Product/ProductLis...609642&name=PCI and keep in mind your motherboard has pci slots not pci-e or agp so the card you buy must be compatible. The benefits of a video graphics card are improved overall performance leaving more ram for system resources, more fluid video & gaming experience and typically a better overall picture quality.
