''New Folder'' Virus.

My computer is suffering from a very strange type of virus/malware. The symptoms are:
1: A ''New Folder'' appears in most folders. Actually, it's not a folder, it's an .exe file.
2: Many of my USBs, memory cards etc. also have an .exe folder. Which upon clicking, shows no response whatsoever.

Does anybody know what's this ,virus/malware or whatever, is?
Please appoint me a specific software to remove this particular virus(Other than heavy Anti-viruses).
