Windows 7 and Haali Media Splitter/tsMuxer

I recently started using Windows 7 x64, overall first impression is Hooray!

Right from the get go the codec support is pretty all encompassing. At least of the ones I use. It recognized and played every file in my media library flawlessly. mkv, mp4, m2ts, avi, xvid/divx. Not too mention the media player sharing actually worked first try out of the box to my PS3 with all the files. Double hooray. Had no issues with streaming any of the files.

I have had one issue creep up tho. As far as I can tell it seems to be related to Haali media splitter and or tsMuxer. Any file I've attempted to mux with tsMuxer into m2ts the resulting file stutters horribly in playback. The haali icon pops up in the system tray, if I disable/uninstall haali it still stutters.

I don't have any problem with previously made files under vista. They are all flawless. (Coincidently when I play them when haali is enabled, the icon does not come up in the system tray.)

Mayhap my I'm looking in the wrong direction, but since this only happening with newly muxed files and not old it seems to be one or the other or a combination of both. I realize there maybe aren't alot of people using Windows 7 or knowledgeable about it. All the same if anyone has any insight, or suggestions for trouble shooting I'd much appreciate it.
