Has there ever been any records of Edge flashcarts bricking ds's or blowing fuses?

I'm just curious because I've ordered an Edge flashcart and I plan on using it on my ds lite. However my ds lite had blown f1 and f2 fuses due to use of a r4 flashcart, so i removed them and simply soldered the spots with lead(not replacing the fuses). I just don't want to run the risk of having a fried motherboard.

So.. is it safe to use the EDGE flashcart on the ds lite?

IMHO, it's as safe as any other flashcart, except for maybe the N5.

I have seen no reports of Edge flashcarts causing any problems.
