I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT COMPUTERS AND NOW I HAVE A SECURITY SITE POPPING UP ON MY SCREEN. SEARCHED FIXES ON WEB BUT CAN NOT GET PC TO START IN SAFE MODE WHEN I PUT IT IN SAFE MODE IT RUNS PROGRAMS FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND THEN STOPS. WHAT CAN I DO I AM USING WINDOWS VISTA ON MY PC. PLEASE HELP ME GET RID OF THIS BITCH THANK YOU

Using a clean computer download and burn a rescue disk from here:

Then use this guide to clean your machine:

Then post a HijackThis Log and maybe someone can help you?
