Hi There-

My Nero PhotoSnap Viewer will not open any of my JPEG photos. If I try to open them, I get a message that shows the path of where the photo is located and says it can not open the file. It does not give me any error number either. I have made sure that in the file association area, that all the files are selected. and I have also re-installed the software and restarted my computer, but to no avail. If there is anything that anybody can suggest, I would be most grateful.
