You may need to check to see if there is a fix for those games on the m3ds. I know that when GTA: Chinatown Wars came out, they had a few fixes come out with it, so that it would work on the R4 and older cards like that.

Yes - check the link in my signature for the firmware - it should be on 4.3c or 1.35 Sakura, they all work fine on my M3 Real

Download this file

http://gbatemp.net/index.php?download=5391

Unzip it using windows and you will have a SYSTEM folder

Replace this folder with the one on your card, if it then fails at start up (sometimes it just does) you will have to backup your card - format it and reload it all again otherwise it will then have the latest loader. Choose Sakura at start up (its easier to use) and away you go.

Honestly if you're having trouble running the most recent games, chances are you'll just have to wait for a new firmware version. Remember to keep it up to date if you add new games to it often.

Nope - as I explained all the games already work on the new firmware - just need to install it. No waiting
