Getting ROMS onto my emu's (Solved)

First of all thanks to chunkhead and other contributors for getting me this far and sorry if this gets asked a lot. I searched around awhile before posting..no luck. so This is my first softmod ever. I've got everything going good using SID 4 and then the newest AID. Now that I've got all that going I just need to figure out how to get my ROMs from my PC to my xbox. Do I just FTP them to a folder that the emu's have in them or what? I've never FTP'd before.

Is there a way to do PC to Disk to Hard Drive and then put them in the proper place?
