When I download a movie I just get a folder which Is filled with a bunch of winwar files. I guess its different scenes from the movie. But I can't watch them. Can someone please give me some advice on what to do with the folder so I can watch them and or burn to dvd. Thx

Generally, you would take the first file in sequence and extract it to a folder - (typically the files are .r00 .ro1 .r02 etc)the rest of the files automatically extract themselves in sequence until you are left with the video.
It is often an .iso file that can be burned to a DVD disk with the likes of ImgBurn.

you need to unrar them with winrar or in some cases join the files with hjsplit. These programs will join all the files to produce an avi.

You can decompress .rar files with many of the free utilities available. Two good ones.

okay....
unrar (unzip) them in that same folder.
double click on one of them - any one of them, and when youre ready "extract to" just select the very same folder that all the .rar's are in. youll then go back to that folder and see that you have your movie / episode allready in there. youll also see all the rar files still there but youll see the file there too amongst them or at the very top of the list or whatever.
have a go at it - its very simple.
keep in mind obviously you have to have the software to open rar files so look into winrar.
(hope i didnt just go against rules for suggesting a software) just trying to give back a little since i get help here all the time.
