Nero Not Burning Again

It seems I'm having difficulties burning DVDs again. It's probably since I reinstalled Windows that it isn't burning anymore. Can someone please look over my log and let me know how to fix the problem. I hate to waste disks!!

I thought I was being smart and I removed the Nero version (6.6.0.18) I had on the computer, used the cleaning tool, cleaned the registry and rebooted, then installed Nero-6.6.1.15a.exe from when I had that version on the computer. I then tried to burn an exact copy of a disk and it still will not burn.

This error 9/10 is poor disk quality,or your burner just doesn't like them,try a better brand.

Thanks for your help grampyga and Killalot.
I am a little nervous about updating the firmware, so will leave that for a last step. It was working beautifully before I repaired Windows.
I am using Memorex disks. What disks do you recommend?
I will try and change the speed and see what happens.

They say anything made in Japan! Verbatim,Ritek,read some reviews on here of disk's recommended.
