Never seen this error code with nero 6

Ive never had a problem using nero 6 backing up any titles.I use FAB
decoder,DVD Srink and Nero 6.They have always worked,but i suddenly
got this error: 1A20-*serial number removed by creaky*

Update your firmware to PSOC and burn at 8x.
99% of all problems are between the computer and the chair.

it's these disks again!. where do people buy them?.. I would love to get hold of some to test.. of course they would have to be free samples because I don't buy anything from that company.

Thank You Varnull,i didnt really read all the way down to the botton
just thought it was some more??? well never mind,and i got the media
at of course wally world or as some know it Wal-Mart.But i have always used the "S" Brand :( with no problems.So they have pulled a fast one.Ill let you know how it goes with some new media,and thanks agin.
