i purchased this dell used and im guessing it used to be a hospitals.now i cannot download much like java, for limewire among other things.and alot of sites are restricted as well. all it says is contact blah blah blah support with a phone number but that place is out of business, which is the hospital.im not a wizz on computers but i know my way around a little bit, is there a way to bypass all this stuff so i have laptop freedom??? its a latitude d820. please help this is outta control

there is a good possibility there is a hidden partition on your hard drive that will allow you to do a system recovery back to factory settings. read this link on how to do that.
