Been converting Mkv files to Avchd using the following format:
1) Use MkvMerge/MKVtoolnix 2.80 to split the Mkv file to 4.25Gb parts for Dvd5's
2) Run TsMuxer 1.10.6 to mux each part to Avchd
3) Burn each Avchd Folder(Bdmv/Certificate) with image burn as build Udf 2.50 to Dvd+Rw's(SL)

Almost all of the discs will stop playing at at least once at a random spot for a about 5 seconds(then skips 30sec of video), then continues to play...

Additionally some Mkv files after conversion to Avchd don't play at all..?
Could it just be the player im using, the Sony BDP-S301?
