Ripped DVD TV Shows Playback Speed??

Hi everyone.

Ive got a collection of television programs on DVD i have been collecting.

Now i can get as far as using DVDDecrypter in IFO mode to extract each episode into seperate folders. (S01E01 etc.)

I use AUTOGK to encode into AVI/XVID. I converted a full season into avi files that were 350mb in size, 192kbps audio VBR, and fixed width 640.

When i have gone to check these avi files i find that every single one, when viewing, is very slightly quicker in playing. ie characters movements and speech are noticeably faster than DVD playback. The Audio and Video are in sync.

Im not talking Chipmunk speed but shifty eye movements etc.

Does anyone have an idea of where i went wrong and how to correct my setup etc?
