Hokuto No Ken freezes

This is a playstation 1 disc, the full name of the game is
Hokuto No Ken: Seiki Matsukyu Seishi Densetsu

When I play the game, it freezes when my character walks in the cutscene. This isnt a bad iso or a bad burn, I burned probably 50 discs all together for my wii and ps2, and this is the only game thats messed up. I doubt that anyone knows about this game, but if anyone else has this game, can you please tell me if it freezes for you? Thank you.
