I have a 512Mb card which worked fine. I copied its contents to a folder on my PC and copied them onto a new 4Gb card. The DS wouldnt load so I put my 512Mb card back in and that wont load either.

All the files and folders are there i.e.
_system_ folder
moonshl folder
_DS_MENU.DAT
_DS_MSHL.NDS

It loads then comes up with a failure message which disapears after a few seconds so you have to keep doing it to get the wording which says:

"moonshl folder moved or deleted"

It then dispays the contents of the card in the top screen and sure enough the moonshl folder isn't displayed. I put the card back in the PC and its defineteley there.

You name it I've tried it (with the 512mb card)
- Reformatted card with fat and fat32 and with panasonic sd card formatting program
- copied the files back on from the CD
- tried a different cart
- downloaded the files again

All to no avail :(

When going through the process of reloading many times to get the wording, just once it loaded OK and I could play a game. Then it stopped working again.

I hadn't done anything to the card before it stopped working.
