Always one song in ablum not showing art.

I used Mp3tag to add album art. I think I did it correctly but there is always one song on the album that does not show the art. It is usually the first or second song and the art will not show up when viewing the album as a whole. Any ideas were I went wrong? The mp3tag forum is down so I thought this might be the next best place.
