EVGA BRAND
SUNBEAM 580WATT POWER SUPPLY

BACK ORDER : SW-152-113
Was missing : SK-102-102 - SPEAKER 600 Watt PMPO W/ SUBWOOFER

About computer freezing: I think the cause of randomly freezing is cause by power supply
Today i was palying a video game then computer shut off and i try to reopen then nothing no power.
I check wall plug, power bar everything ok
So i found this on web : 580 Watt Power Supply Blown (I have bought brand new PSU then the pc continue to freeze randomly so do something please im gonna get very very very mad)

at this point cyberpowerpc never reply to my email
this company is in USA... so when i bought it ill have to send it via FEDEX to Canada , Québec (where i live) so = sending fee + border, custom fee and tax...

IM *bleep* MAD !!!!!!!!!!!

Where did you buy the PC from? if it came from a store like newegg you can get them to process the return. If it came from Cyberpower directly then you can report it to the relevant authorities for your country and get your bank to refund the payment.

There are widespread reports about poor quality PCs from cyberpower, primarily due to poor component choices than quality of construction, though their tech support usually do respond to at least some degree, it doesn't take much to see that the PC in question here was not built using very good components.
