NeroVision Express 2 Problem adding Video Files

I am recently having problems with my NeroVision Express 2, in that when I add video files after the process of when it automatically adds the files to the NeroVision imported video I then receive a windows error message informing me that NeroVision has caused an invalid page fault in Kernel32.DLL.

This happens all the time, so I tried burning the DVD files using Nero Express and taking the option for DVD-Video files, but when I get to the burn stage the burn button is greyed out and can't be activated.

I recently installed a burner from NCH Software, but I have since uninstalled it, could it be this that is causing this problem?

I have tried updating to NeroVision 3, and have also re-installed Nero 6 OEM again but the problem still remains, and help please folks?

I have found I can actually use DVD Shrink and not compress the files to DVD9 and that appears to work, I am just annoyed why Nero doesn't let me do this now without this error which I have posted below.
